Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 81bd9 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 81bd9 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 81bd9.

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling at 81bd9 or subject to any active suspension. Attempting to register a new account while self-excluded constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 81bd9 Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. 81bd9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. 81bd9 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 81bd9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify account information at any time. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account termination.
• Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents accepted include: National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, plus a selfie photograph. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will have withdrawals suspended.
• You must promptly notify 81bd9 support at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on your account. 81bd9 may temporarily freeze an account pending investigation of a security incident.

81bd9 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, including suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or collusion.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 81bd9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• Minimum deposit is ৳300. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. 81bd9 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative verified method has been approved by 81bd9. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during operational hours for verified accounts.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 81bd9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or fraud investigation. In cases of suspected fraud, withdrawals may be suspended indefinitely.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Specific rollover conditions are stated on each individual promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• 81bd9 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to a User's account wallet if evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violation is identified during processing.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

81bd9 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered users at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to these Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered accounts only. Each User is entitled to one welcome bonus per lifetime, regardless of device, payment method, or IP address used. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited to an account. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period and are removed from the account without compensation.
• Wagering requirements for all standard bonuses are 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion. Free spin winnings carry a separate stated rollover requirement per promotion.

Prohibited Activities

Users of the 81bd9 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Breach of this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion with other players, match fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event listed on the Platform.
• Attempting to open a new account after a self-exclusion has been applied, or after an account has been permanently closed by 81bd9 for Terms violation.
• Using chargeback mechanisms, payment dispute processes, or fraudulent claims against 81bd9 or its payment partners to reverse legitimate transactions.

Responsible Gaming

Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
